Job Responsibilities

Provide sound and suitable recommendations across a variety of products and services

Maintain knowledge of all institutions products, criteria and policies

Assess client’s overall financial situation, understand their needs and recommend the most suitable solution

Guide clients based on their requirements and understand in detail their profile and needs

Cultivate client base and build long term relationships

Fill in the client detail capture forms on all initial meetings / calls with clients to ensure proper records are captured and maintained

Network, generate leads and capitalize on opportunities to maximize revenue

Identify cross sell opportunities and understand how to pitch the right solution to maximize revenues and client satisfaction

Achieve the revenue target assigned by the management

Maintain your pipeline and provide updates on Thursdays and Tuesdays to your line manager

Submit completed files to the admin team for vetting and forwarding the recommended bank

Handle the client and the entire mortgage process end to end maintaining the highest service levels

Liaise with introducers, establish, maintain and expand on relationships with real estates, developers, introducers and any other referral agents

Comply with all industry rules and regulations

Undertake and complete regular, assigned trainings on compliance and regulations
